Trail Conditions

  • Red & Golf Course Trails Classic and Skate tracks set on both these trails. New snow is making things pretty good! Red still has some leaves and swamp grass peeking through, and rocks are not far down just yet.

  • Blue Trail - Jan 12 Trail packed and classic track set. Still lots of rocks and we need more snow, but the trail is 'doable'.

  • Red Trail - Jan 9 Skate and Classic track set today. Still need more snow, but getting better. Some rocks still very close to surface, and forest litter and grass showing in places, particularly under thick tree cover.

  • Jan 1 trail conditions Susan and Kevin sent in this report:The Golf Course ski trail has been set for classic and skate skiing.  Conditions vary based on snow depth.  There are some very nice sections and some that are a little thin. The Red Ski Trail is packed and set for classic and skate BUT due to low snow conditions there are many exposed rocks and the flattened swamp grass at the end of the loop near the cabin is a challenge. I would call it skiable but on rock skis.The Blue, Orange and English River Ski Trails do not appear to be open yet, which is not surprising as we could really use some more snow to cover the rocks and ...
