About Our Club
History
The Whiteshell Cross Country Ski Club was founded in 1973. For a detailed account of the club's history please refer to the attached PDF compiled by Dennis Cann. The club hosts the Manitoba Loppet, the longest running annual cross-country ski race in the Province.
Status and Mission
The club is a not-for-profit, volunteer-based, recreational club dedicated to provide a network of excellent cross-country ski trails for recreational and competitive skiers and to actively support the programs and activities of the cross-country ski community of Manitoba.
